We call all new applicants "Recruits." Here's what you need to know before you apply.
Recruit Pay
Unless specified otherwise, all Recruits start at:
Paid for time driving to and from job sites.
Paid while actively working at a job site.
Have a valid driver's license? You earn an extra $2/hr on top of your base pay — automatically.
Where This Goes
You start at $15/hr — but that's just the floor. Every rank comes with a raise.
Where everyone starts. Show up, learn the ropes.
Proven reliability. Trusted with more complex jobs.
Elite jobs unlocked. Handle specialty items, earn more per hour.⚡ Elite Unlocked
Lead crews. Mentor newer recruits.
Top of the ladder. The crew looks up to you.
Ranks are earned — not given. Show up, grow, earn more.
Uniform
A red shirt is required every time you show up to work. That's the uniform — simple as that.
How Hiring Works
Answer a few screening questions, upload your info, and submit. Takes about 5 minutes.
You'll be scheduled for 2 real moves with our crew. After those 2 moves, you'll meet with your trainer. If you decide to stick around, you're in.
Training Period
Once you're hired, you enter a 90-day initial training period.
Cut your training period in half by doing three things:
- ✅ Show up on time, every time
- ✅ Wear a red shirt every shift
- ✅ Complete all assigned online training
